“I had requested a handicap room. They said it was available. I needed hand bars in the bathroom, I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom alone shut the door. I couldn’t even take a shower. It was disgusting. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have a handicap, as I was checking out the lady said the handicap room was available, which thoroughly pissed me off. Room and I had already accepted my reservation. I was highly disappointed. I would never stay there again. The man didn’t offer……

“The stay at this hotel was the worst experience in a very long time. Room next to ours. Played the tv at a loud volume all night long. Finally called the front desk at 3am. Clerk did not seem to interested in getting involved. Then room above check in at 3:00 a.m.. stomping around for over half an hour. Finally had to go outside and sit in the car. Didn't get any sleep all night long. Never again will book a room at this hotel or franchise. Seems this establishment caters to some long-term……

“The room was spotless and very inviting”

“The room was clean, but dated. Pool and hot tub were nice, my kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast wasn’t very good, we had eggs which were tasteless and biscuits and gravy also not very good. The stay was quiet and we slept pretty good. ”

“Jay who checked us in was friendly and delightful I enjoyed the text I received once we checked in if we needed something just text them and they will take care of it and we needed more towels and promptly delivered them Two minor things. No coffee maker in the room We enjoy coffee and just so convenient to have a maker in the room without getting dressed to go Down and get it. Plus our shower was really squeaky every step you took in it just have a very unsettling noise to it. Didn’t feel……

“Every time we come to the area 3-4 times a year, we stay here. The staff is GREAT, the rooms/pool are clean and the restaurant on site is great!!!”

“Clean rooms, fresh breakfast with a lot of variety. Quiet for the most part unless your room is right next to where they prepare morning breakfast. Kind personell. Swimming pool looks a little dark. ”

“The hotel was nice with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Nice space for guests to sit on couch. Only downfall was that we didn’t get maid service on our 2 night stay. We didnt have a tag up saying no room service annd when we came back later in the day, no one had cleaned the room. We did ask for when we got back but it but it was later in the day and they were already gone.”
