"The room was large. We had Kcups in the room but no machine to use them in. The shower curtain should have been either bleached or thrown out. There was pink and black mold on it. We didn't notice it until the morning when taking our showers. Other than that the staff was friendly and the breakfast pretty good for hotel breakfast. Real eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes. All good plus the regulars. Waffles, cereal and buckets and gravy. "

"The accommodations were just OK. The hotel was out of the way. If you are traveling through and need somewhere to lay your head, it'll work; if you are in Tupelo for a visit, I would choose somewhere else. "

"The staff was exceptional. The night clerk was super helpful and friendly. His name is Daniel. The young man working the breakfast buffet was wonderful, he was very kind and joyful. I did not get his name, but he was a blessing to us."

"Everything was nasty . 2 towels in a room for 4 people . Everything that should have been nailed to a wall was completely falling off . Tub looked like it been hit with a hammer . NO BREAKFAST. When asked for help with the waffle machine . Staff responded “i don’t know everything in this hotel is falling apart” I AGREE NEVER AGAIN. The hotel staff also CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE I CHECKED IN !!!! Absolutely terrible"
