Great value for money

Personal trip with trip where i landed up at the Hotel around midnight, had little difficulty finding the Hotel, but once inside the Conceirge was friendly and efficient. The room was great value for money and service was prompt. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and well spread. Definitely a come back to hotel

Good hotel for short stay

Nice hotel but require a little more maintenance,location is peaceful but far for several other attractions of the city such as Golden Temple and shopping areas. Room is good for a 3-4 star hotel, would have said excellent but has some minor issues. If you are not too picky then you will have a comfortable stay. Staff is very polite. Will recommend this hotel.

Clarks Inn Amritsar

I stayed in their suite for 2 days. Unprofessional management, Their party hall is on the top floor so I could hear the Dj music in my room even past midnight, upon complaining to the night manager who was himself tipsy, he did not do anything about the music, overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as there are much better options available in Amritsar with professional staff at this price.

Don't do it!

Management staff was less than desirable. Actually, they were rude. Support staff was pleasant. Many decent to good hotels near priced similarly but with much better conditions. Rooms felt dirty. Walls seemed affected by water damage

new hotel

as the hotel is only one year old, it is reasonably well maintained. 6 - 8 kms from the golden temple/jalianwala baug/market/eating joints hence be read to spend at least rs 150 - 200 each trip in an auto rickshaw. the banquet hall's music is too loud - could hear all the way to floor beyond 3 too. breakfast - avoid idlis - very tough to crack! found the floor in the cafe slippery with at least 3 accidents in as many days!! receptionist can be more tourist friendly.
