When it is below freezing spending an evening in the outdoor pool is magical. Adding Christmas lights and you feel like you are in a different world.

Hot tub was out of order, and we were not notified ahead of time. The hot tub availability was a main reason we chose this hotel and would not have stayed here if we knew it was not operational. No discount was offered for the inconvenience.
