Blue Sky House 🏠 🌴
We greatly enjoyed our time in the Blue Sky House. Everything is exactly as described by the owner. It was clean, serene and just what we needed to get away from all the noise in the world. The owner is easy to contavt for any questions and provided an amazing thoughtful book she created including places to visit on the island. There's also place for parking your rental vehicle right on the property. The house comfortably fit our family of 4 and all the amenities: pool, lounge area, fire pit and outside grill cooking area were just perfect for our stay. I chose the house as opposed to a hotel or other because I wanted to feel like we were home away from home. This house met that need and surpassed it. We'll be staying here again and looking forward to our next visit en La Isla del Encanto ❤

There’s not enough I can say about this property. I made a video and sent it to my boss telling him that I wasn’t coming back from vacation. But I would now be working remotely from my mountaintop spot. It truly was such a refreshing place to get away from everything, have amazing views, and be close to so much. The stores were five minutes down the street and the coast line was less than 15 minutes away. Everything about it was amazing. Just be prepared for someone to drive those mountain roads that is competent. It is up and down hills and around curves on a one lane Mountain Road with drop offs. It is so worth it though. Definitely where I want to go back to for a longer stay.

A perfect retreat close to lots of beautiful beaches
We were on our second honeymoon and we were perfectly comfortable and happy with the property. Everything was clean and orderly. The air conditioning worked fabulously. The house is removed from the city on a hill overlooking the city and ocean in the distance. I loved the sound of the coquis at night. We were able to go out for great dinners every night. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast for ourselves in the morning. The wireless worked wonderfully too!

We lived the quietness. We loved all the sights listed in her notebook of good things to do.
We did all but the zoo we are guessing closed due to Maria. We went deep in the hills 2600 above sea level. Loved the island everyone was delightful. Traveled about 1000 miles in 7 days, hiked swam & chilled. Thank you Ada you were a great help.

This "casita" is fabulous! It has everything one needs to feel at home and most important, it was very clean and easy to find. The owner was prompt in responding to our questions and even though she is far away, it felt like she was next door. We would certainly consider staying there again in the future.

This property is exactly how the owner describe it. The house is fully equipped, comfortable, very clean, beautiful views. Blue Sky house is perfect for two people. The house was very clean, cozy, quiet, very well equipped with all the amenities; plenty towels (bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels), clean bed linens, etc. It’s located in the dead road. Definitely you must have a car because there is nothing within walking distance, but is near to the main road #2 and the pharmacies, supermarkets, gas stations, fast foods like Wendy’s, Church’s, KFC, McDonald, Taco Maker, and one of my favorites pizza store, Marco’s Pizza located in Añasco Plaza (a shopping center). Also the house is near of Añasco downtown. Great location for day trips on the west coast, to visits Mayaguez, Rincon, Aguada, Cabo Rojo and enjoy travel around beaches and explore local restaurants. We had have a quiet, comfortable stay, enjoyed a March fresh tropical breeze. The place has a beautiful day view and spectacular night view. The owner, Ada, is friendly, offered help when needed and she is very nice. We recommended 100% and definitely we return to stay again so soon! Thank you Ada & Jose for great stay!! It was a nice quiet stay! Home was clean, cozy, had everything we needed! The sofabed was a bit uncomfortable, the airmattress helped. Next time will rent without the kids.😉

Nice and clean with a lovely view
This small house is perfect for two people. It is clean and bright with a lovely view. My suggestions are: be sure to get detailed directions before arrival because the house is very hard to find. You must have a car because there is nothing within walking distance. Good location for day trips on the West coast.

Amazing views, comfortable, and VERY clean.
This property is exactly how Ada described it. Fully equipped, comfortable, very clean, beautiful views. The property has all up to date appliances, amazing shower, wash and dryer, she infact is equipped with all the things one may need to enjoy a day at the beach, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, a cooler, beach towels. I mean Ada has thought through it all. I had 0 complaints of this property. In the mornings I would make breakfast before heading to our adventures Ada had all the necessary pots pans utensils for me to cook with. My 11 year old daughter was in heaven when she knew we had Wifi and my son was even more thrilled when he was able to see Disney channels on a rainy day. Hands down my husband and I would visit Ada's rental without hesitation. I was so sad that we weren't able to BBQ our days were over by the time we realize we wanted to grill. Next time we will enjoy la terraza with BBQ food while enjoying the beautiful views. We also enjoyed the hammock in the mornings. Ada thank you for a GREAT stay!!! Hip--> Clean--> Spectacular. A hidden paradise.
This is a great house on the west side of the island. Comfortable stay, fully equipped, and a great location if you have a car to travel around the beaches, adventures, restaurants and spots nearby. We would definitely consider staying here again. Lovely owner, offered help when needed and very polite and nice. 100% recommended.

Nice home with amazing views!
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Blue Sky House for the month of February, 2017.The home is located on a dead end road with very little noise or traffic. Conveniently located minutes from highway 2, we found it to be the perfect spot to begin and end our daily explorations of the island. The house is cozy and has everything you need to move right in, including nice beach towels, chairs and a cooler. The kitchen could have used a few more items like different size bowls, sharp knifes, vegetable peeler, bigger cutting board etc. Also the picture shows a gas grill but what we had was a charcoal grill so we did not use it. We made do with those issues and it wasn't a big concern to us. The outdoor space and the views are what really make this place special. You are guaranteed a beautiful sky/sunset every night! The neighbors were all very nice and friendly and we met some wonderful people during our stay. The restaurant up the road was nice to have within walking distance and we enjoyed going there on several occasions. Booking was easy and Ada was very helpful. Blue Sky House has our highest recommendation. We will return! Thank you Ada for sharing your home with us. Kelly & Mike

I didnt expect it to be sooo beautiful. The view at night was spectacular. It was quite, clean, very well equipped. We didnt need to bring anything but our clothes. We wore about a minute or so from the main road #2 and everything was so close. Nothing was more then and an hour or so away. ( mayagues, rinco,cabo rojo etc). I would totally stay here again. There is only one thing. The drive way was a little difficult due to the gravel. But that didnt spoiled our vacation. Thank you Ada

Last minute stay turned out great!
We were pleased with our stay here. Though I do suggest making sure you have an SUV to travel up into rental property and around Anasco, we were happy with this cozy place. This place had a living room area to sit in, a small dining area for the hubby and I, a functional, clean microwave and oven with fridge, and a clean bathroom with plenty of towels, and a bedroom that was quiet and comfortable. We slept soundly and securely in the bed. We were a short distance from several fast food places and restaurants, and the view that we had of the area was just lovely! Finally, Ms. Gutierrez was very kind to us and provided us with assistance as needed. This place is exactly as described, and we especially enjoyed that it was genuinely secluded while also being safe enough to get to a neighbors in the even of an emergency. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I wouldn't mind staying here again!

Su vista, limpieza impecable de la propiedad y la casa. Bien equipada. Para descansar perfecta. Recomiendo unas cortinas en el cuarto más cubridoras evitar claridad temprana en esta época. La hamaca no es muy segura. El Matress ya requiere cambio. Nos encantó. Volvería.
