The lady checking us in was friendly and very professional and very helpful.
The room was clean and the shared bathroom was also clean
For a place to stay for a couple nights the price is right
I would not hesitate to stay there again.
After a day of travelling, we arrived a bit early to check in. When we arrived, a room was almost ready. It's a short walk to shopping in the area. Cute room and the bed was comfortable. Will stay here again.
Small but very clean and comfortable room. On second floor so lots of stairs with luggage, but bed very inviting!
Clean white sheets and duvet, 3 pillows, slept great!
My teenage son and I stayed at this property twice on our recent trip to Alaska. I had some travel issues that had nothing to do with the Inn and the owner was so kind and patient. The rooms are unique and very clean. The room with a double bed and a twin bed is perfect for 2-3 people. We loved this place and would stay there again.
This is a great hotel to stay at arriving into or leaving out of Anchorage. Close to Ted Stevens Airport. Helpful staff and nice room. Good if you are traveling alone too. Good breakfast spot (Bema Cafe) right across the street to grab before leaving, with a patio outside hotel to relax at. Only issue can be a little noise coming from people entering/exiting if staying on second floor. Would recommend this place for a nice place to stay night before starting/ending trip.
Great place. to stay if you're used to occasionally having community bathroom. Some of the units have individual bathrooms, but you have to make sure you book it that way. Great place to stay in Anchorage, Alaska, Especially since you're only really there to sleep because of all the activities. Centrally located easy access to everything in town. Friendly staff self-use community kitchen.
The decor was charming and the room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly but not available 9 PM to 6 AM.
The property needs better maintenance and cleaning. I don’t mind shared bathroom and shower facilities they need to be better maintained and cleaned than private ones. There were also maintenance concerns with the room (minor but involving safety). I also felt that the hallway was not very secure.
The price of the room was relatively affordable for being the high season in Anchorage.
