"The hotel is very nice, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the coffee even better, everyone was super nice, it feels very safe here, I would’ve give this hotel 5 stars but I did 4 because it doesn’t have air conditioners and bogota was kind of hot few nights and I couldn’t sleep well, besides that this hotel I will recommend it. "

"Hotel is currently under construction that was moderately disruptive. Plus the property next door was under construction and they used a VERY loud pile driver all day that was right outside my window. Thursday night was some kind of party with a band and amateur fireworks that kept me up. Hotel restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast buffet also terrific. Probably 2 dozen restaurants within walking distance as was the very long and very safe malecon. Felt very safe in the area. "

"The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. I will say it's tough to find staff members sometimes, I imagine it is because we were there during the weekday and staffing was on the lower end but that did not change our experience, it was just something of note. Pool area was great. Our suite was awesome. Great shower area. Parking inside the gated property was a plus. "

"Everything was excellent , very helpful people working there , and a very clean hotel, there's only one thing i don't understand about the hotels in Manizales colombia, Why don't they have Air conditioning?. I understand the weather outside is nice, but theres no air flowing in the rooms, a ceiling fan or something will help..."
