This property was once maintained good but not anymore. This looks like an apartment not a hotel. The is minor damages here and there inside the room and the furnitures are really old. It needs a change to give a pleasant experience to the customer, especially for the one who is traveling from abroad
The staffs are not responsible even after calling three or four times there is no one turned. This is really annoying when we call and there is no response for something really important all that we can hear is a simple Sorry. even on the day when I was about to check out, there was a another customer shouted at the staff for the same reason
While booking through Expedia, it was mentioned that breakfast is free, but when we inquired in the hotel they said, it is not free . so it’s like a false promise given to the customer for making the booking happen
