“Great property, well stocked with amenities, great location, close to everything in town, loved the smart tv, very warm and cosy, especially during snow season, only downside, home was infested with spiderwebs and spiders on ceilings, behind beds and furniture and even had one little guy crawl out from the sink as I was washing the dishes...”

Josie was very good at communicating with guest and that was highly appreciated as we had a hot water issue as the heater was not functioning properly which left us with cold water only. “The property was well located for the bus to Hotham & bars & shops in Dinner Plain. I recommend signage for the chalet & the parking be made clearer, especially for those arriving at night. Bunk bed mattresses could have been more comfortable. The airing/drying room for ski gear was not ventilated, which was a problem when drying boots & clothes. Otherwise, a good warm space after a day skiing. I would rent again if the drying room was ventilated!”
