“The place has been recently updated and it’s very nice what they did with the place. It was very clean which is a sticking point me with and I was very happy to find it that clean. I had a small issue when I checked in because the elevator key was missing and I sent a message to the owner and he responded immediately and pointed me to where I could find the spare key which was great. ”

We did run into two small issues that were unavoidable, but had a clear line of communication with the owner and were resolved without causing a single wrinkle in our stay. Then walk to the back balcony and enjoy the bay and some surprise fireworks on the Sunday evening when we arrived. We enjoyed the morning and evening strolls on the beach, the all you can eat crab legs in the downstairs restaurant, the ice skating show, and even having the grocery store in walkable distance, right across the street, so we could cook some meals ourselves in the...

“This rental is absolutely perfect!! It has an open floor plan, it's spacious, clean and has all the amenities that a person would have in their own home!! The property is located off of the main Route 1 highway, that leads to the inlet of Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany beaches.
