Villa with green enclosed garden, exotic palms, wooden terraces around the pool with alarm, covered terrace for nice barbecues. Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, living room fireplace, large screen TV, Internet, air-conditioned villa. Villa located 5 km from the ocean beaches and the marine lake, surf schools, the fishing port of Capbreton, equestrian center and ponies club, outdoor games for children in Angresse, pine forests and gastronomy Landes . All to have fun.
Villa equipped for 8 people, pets are not allowed: the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, for 7 or 14 nights.
Ground floor entrance hall, wc, kitchen open to living room, library lounge, Wi-fi throughout the house, laundry and dryer, 4 bedrooms upstairs with TV and cupboards, 2 bathrooms, one with corner bath and balneotherapy shower, 2 toilets on the floor and 1 toilet on the ground floor.

Covered terrace: stainless steel griddle, induction hob, sink, garden table and 8 chairs.
Secure 8x3 pool with alarm, wooden deck, 8 sun loungers. Trampoline for young children.
The floor is devoted to the 4 rooms.

superbe hébergement

une maison magnifique et des extérieurs très agréables, abrités du vent et du soleil. La piscine, comme l'ensemble de la maison et du jardin, est très propre et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles pour des questions avant l'arrivée. Nous sommes ravis de cette expérience et prêts à revenir.

Overall a great stay

We had a great week and the house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are lovely and the house was well equipped. The location is in a residential area so there is normal housing estate noise like motor bikes and dogs so be aware of this. It didn’t bother us but we normally choose somewhere more remote. Jean, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. It would be even better if there was more information about local restaurants and towns as well as nicer quality sheets. We would recommend it!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz. Besonders schön ist der Garten und Pool. Bis zu den Stränden sind es ca. 13 Minuten mit dem Auto. Jean und seine Frau sind sehr nett und tolle Gastgeber. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem traumhaften Objekt verbracht. Es ist alles genau so wie auf den Fotos. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und wir wurden herzlich von Jean und seiner Frau empfangen. Auch bei Rückfragen hat Jean prompt reagiert. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da!

Très belle maison moderne et stylée

Très bien équipée, belle piscine dans un beau jardin. Les commerces sont à proximité. Cap Breton, Hossegor ne sont pas loin... nous y avons passé une agréable semaine en famille.

Perfection in Angresse

Jean our host provided us with the most superb holiday villa. 2 years delayed due to the pandemic, it was worth every second. The villa was of an immaculate standard and superb cleanliness. The layout and sizings of the bedrooms was perfect for a family holiday, and with Hossegor so close, we weren’t short of things to do. We look forward to returning!

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Ein super Haus- moderne, hochwertig ausgestattete Inneräume und alles sehr sauber. Der tropische Palmengarten mit Pool, Sitzgelegenheiten und Aussenküche ein Traum. Sicherlich die schönste FeWo die wir jemals hatten. Hierher kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön und die Entfernung zum Lac oder dem Meer mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

De villa heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloze vakantie in de mooie streek van de golf van Biskaje. Een echte aanrader! Alles aan de villa was top!

Wunderschönes Haus

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schönen Pool. Das Haus hat unsere Wünsche komplett erfüllt. Strände und Soorts-Hossegor bzw. Capbreton sind schnell zu erreichen.

In dieser Gegend immer wieder hier!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien, also 4 Erwachsene + 2 Teenager in dieser sehr schönen Urlaubsvilla. Wir fanden alles so gut vor wie beschrieben. Die Umgebung ist ein reines, ruhiges Wohngebiet. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, selbst mit Utensilien, welche man eigentlich in einem solchen Objekt gar nicht vermutet. Besonders genossen wir die Aussenterasse mit Garten und Pool. Man fand auch immer noch eine ruhige Ecke für sich selbst, Innen wirkte es besonders durch die Galerie und Aufteilung der Schlafräume oben sehr offen und groß. Das Duschpanel ist großzügig und überraschend, it den einzelnen Einstellungen, welche jeder selbst erfahren sollte... :-). Lediglich die Anzahl der Hand-/Duschtücher sollte transparenter sein, da je 1x pro Gast womöglich nicht jedem reichz. Geschirrtücher sind auch vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Icemaker war auch sehr begehrt. Sicher wird bei höheren Temperaturen auch die Klimaanlage sehr nützlich sein. Da bei uns die Temperatur unter 30 grad blieb war es nicht so nötig. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Objekt immer wieder wählen.

Ein tolles Haus - ein toller Urlaub

Wir (zwei Familien) hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub und bestens mit allem ausgestattet. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Angresse. Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit und das Haus mit Pool ist sehr sehr schön. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein.
