Some convenient stores nearby to pick up coffee, sandwiches, and adult beverages nearby for a tailgate at USNA. Only issue we had was getting easy access to TV stations to watch MLB playoff on Friday night. Neighbors were friendly. Let us park our fifth car on the street next to their house on Saturday. It was well-maintained with all the amenities advertised. Our hosts were responsive to our texts. Even though the weather did not cooperate (rainy and chilly), it was great fireplace weather! The owners went all out to make sure their house was clean and comfortable for our family reunion of 13 people. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location - quiet cul de sac with quick access to major roads. Nice backyard with pleasant path through woods behind it. The house and rooms are spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the screened porch and appreciated the fact that it is so convenient and you can walk to restaurants, grocery store, ABC store and Rita’s. Very convenient to Kent Island fields and South River high school fields. We also visited Sandy Point State park and the boys enjoyed a float in the bay. Beautiful yard, deck and screened porch. Perfect for large groups. Location to Naval academy was excellent and the area the house is in very convenient. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. We have stayed in other local homes for similar gatherings but this one was by far the most comfortable.
