Excellent location but size of a postage stampPosted Jul 8, 2017
The location and price are very good but there are three floors of stairs to climb every time you go in and out, the only parking is paid parking and it is expensive. The included breakfast is only $5.50 credit and a lot of times they are sold out of the popular items.

Great location!Posted Jul 8, 2017
Location: The hotel is downtown, a short walk to the water, easy access to lots of restaurants.
We decided to stop in Annapolis on a long drive from NH to VA. Found this hotel on Expedia with reasonable price and availability. As other reviewers noted, the rooms are decorated in a by-gone style and the bathrooms are small. But, for one night it was just fine. It is above a deli and we were in room 201, which is just above the front of the restaurant, but we did not experience any food smells in the room. It's really a charming little place, but if you're looking for plush and/or modern amenities, it probably isn't for you. If you're just looking for basics (including a smallish TV and Internet access), this should work. Parking is not free, but breakfast is and there are several breakfasts to choose from.

Close to everything.Posted Jun 29, 2017
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, proximity.
Cons: Can't think of anything offhand.
Location: Downtown Annapolis- shops, waterfront, good eating.
If you are looking for a place to stay, with local history and proximity to everything you want to do in downtown Annapolis, this is the place.

Lovely historical bed and breakfast!Posted Mar 10, 2017
Awesome location! Parking fee for the parking garage (not run by the same) was crappy but they gave us a half off discount for staying! Diner down below was loaded with people but we couldn't hear the hustle and bustle from upstairs! The staff was very friendly! It's historical so it's supposed to be old school. They definitely make use of every available space! Room was smaller than expected but the location made it a new favorite! Same place, same time next year Scotlaur Inn! ❤️
