My husband and I stayed here for seven days, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience of our lives. This property uses completely fake, deceptive marketing. They take pictures of surrounding hotels and portray them as their own. They advertised a casino and a rooftop lounge—neither of these actually exist.The room conditions were unbearable. We had zero hot water for our entire seven-day stay and were forced to take freezing cold showers. Additionally, you have no control over the room temperature. The room was an absolute icebox, and we had to stay bundled up under blankets the entire time we were inside. To make matters worse, the hotel is undergoing major construction. Loud, disruptive banging started at 7:00 AM every single morning and lasted all day long.Their "highly rated" breakfast was a joke. The only options were rubbery waffles, bad eggs, and little sausages. As a vegetarian, there was absolutely nothing substantial for me to eat, and they offered zero fruit options.Management is completely useless and untrustworthy. After I submitted a formal complaint through my booking website, the manager actually came to our room. He promised he would personally bring us better breakfast options the following morning. He never showed up with the food. The customer service here is non-existent, the amenities are a lie, and the management lacks basic integrity. Do not book this hotel.

I’ll start off with the positives. The STAFF are amazing and do their best. Very kind and helpful & you can tell. Location is great, everything walking distance. Air conditioner was great. Again, Love love love the staff & gift shop next door has detergent for laundry and pads for menstrual for cheap, very convenient. Lechonera Diego is amazing across the street. That’s the only positives. Other than that, everything else was terrible. The rooms are disgustingly run down and old, rusty, & have roaches. Sheets never changed or washed, you can tell. Towels are old and yellowed. Shower rod rusted to the bone, tissue rod doesn’t stay in place. Kept falling. Minimal tissue given. Hot tub is NOT a hot tub, just a tub, same temp as pool. Lamp did not work at all. No socket nearby bed to charge phone. No room service available. Only one small mirror in bathroom only. Floors in room extremely dirty and never mopped. Don’t even open the window curtains, not joking. No closet or anything, no clothing iron! Building elevator broken, kept getting stuck on 4th floor. No luggage room. NO WASH CLOTHS GIVEN AT ALL, had to buy my own everything at Walgreens. Will never stay here again. Roaches roaches roaches!!!! Genuinely wanted to crawl out of my skin. Not worth the stay for the steep price AT ALL. Stay at Hampton across street 1000000x worth it instead & CLEAN over there & BREAKFAST INCLUDED. For the extra $, stay at Hampton, wish I would have again. Sad I chose the cheaper route.

An excellent getaway to relax and enjoy. Also it has a wonderful pool and breakfast.
