    This upscale well appointed apartment is located at “ Les Acacias“ Residence in the heart of Anse Marcel within 5 minute walking distance of the gorgeous secluded Anse Marcel Beach and next to a Marina that offers plenty of excursion opportunities. On the first floor of the residence you will find a great Italian restaurant, shops, boat charter companies, and a grocery store with a nice gourmet food and wine selection and fresh croissants and bread delivered every day!
    The apartment consists of a large open space where you will find a very well equipped kitchen with a large induction cooktop and extra large oven. On the open terrace facing the Secrets Hotel you have a large wooden dining table that can accommodate up to 8 persons. Adjacent you will find a lovely salon with two comfortable chairs and sofa to relax while enjoying the garden view.

    Going through a long corridor you will reach the TV room. The large flat screen with Apple TV, Canal + , Netflix, Disney, and many more channel options make you feel like you’re in a theater with a great surround sound system to enjoy. There is also a convertible queen size sofa.

    Next you have a lovely bedroom with king size bed, large closet, and a desk. Attached is a bathroom with a full shower glass enclosure, a large sink, and a toilet.

    Walking up a beautiful wooden stairs you will find a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed with an adjacent shower designed as a spa, two marble sink vanity, and a separate toilet.
