Great property, lots of scenic areas to hang out on the property and super central to groceries, shopping and cultural sites. The staff was stellar!

All service requests were met promptly and graciously Room was spacious. And well appointed. Hotel location was well chosen. We enjoyed our stay.

Before the trip, I went through a lot of websites, and found that it seemed impossible to find a hotel without smoking issues--people in Guiyang smoke in public areas including 5 stars hotels. Some complained about cigar smell in their non-smoking rooms--the worst was that it's the same after changing rooms. After reading reviews in Chinese and English, I concluded that at least, Kempinski's rooms are free form smoking. I especially asked for a room on the non-smoking floor at check-in....

A nice hotel in a popular area. Close to Qingyun Market/Pedestrian street and Jiaxiu Lou. Walking distance. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. There’s a coffee and puer tea bar in the lobby where guests can enjoy for free. Breakfast buffet was diverse. For the price we paid, it was worth it. The only thing I’d complain is the gym and swimming pool facility is actually outside of the hotel. They are an affiliate of the hotel. Room was very clear, the staff was nice.

I was impressed by its beautiful interior design with oriental style and spacious room. The staff was very helpful. The laundry was very convenient to use. They also provide free shuttle service to the airport.

It’s a nice hotel, located in the business district and close to a beautiful park. It’s a bit removed from the heart of Guiyang; therefore, it requires a taxi ride to go just about everywhere. Facility is great and staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge staff could use more English skills.

Clean room and very close to subway.

Everything is perfect
