Good stay
We really enjoyed the hotel. It is built for the hot weather, as the restaurant is open air. We had a windy day and it was quite cold eating in the open air. That was the only negative. It didn’t stop us from having a really pleasant stay. The staff were all so friendly

The hotel is alright, definitely not a five-star hotel though. The staff and animators are nice and helpful. The food is okay, good variety, but can’t say anything tasted amazing. The restaurant is outdoor seating only so can get quite cold. The buildings are pretty old, no room-specific heating, only central, and we were cold throughout the stay. At the beginning of our stay, we got stuck in an elevator and we’re urged by the staff to jump out of the stuck elevator between floors (which I think can be a bit dangerous). The staff were nice and apologetic about the incident and offered us a room on a lower floor so we don’t have to use the elevators again. Overall, an okay experience.

The trouble begin with getting there. The Google Maps shows the address about 1 km further than the actual drive-in. We spent 30 min to look around for the correct entrance. The security at the gate was not letting us in for 20 min, asking whether I have reservation. Many times I said (in English and Turkish) that I have it. They would keep looking in their papers and not find it. You know why? Because there was no light! It's really not good idea to read in the dark! I was so disappointed because we were so tired already. I asked them to call someone who speaks English. They called to the reception, I had to yell them to let us in. The staff who took us to the room by the gold cart said that the fitness will be open at 7 am. That's how I planned. But it was not open neither at 7 or 7.15 am. I walked to the reception and they said I was deceived by that other guy last night and they open the fitness upon the request to open. Well, they did open it then and inside was very dirty- empty plastc bottles and dirty towels etc. Then after breakfast they had trouble to find the key for my car which they went ahead and parked last night. But the new shift said they don't provide such service! Anyway, after about 10 minutes the key was found and the car was brought to me. I would recommend the hotel owners to pay attention to the staff training- English and also the rest of rules and responsibilities.

This property is dated and needs upgrades specially in rooms AC. We had to be moved because of AC issues and still new room had very weak AC. Food wasn't up to 5 star hotel and not comparable to other properties in the area. Staff was helpful, property right on the with huge beach area.

The hotel is amazing! Despite being a bit old, it is very clean and well maintained. The staff, facilities, food, territory etc, everything was fantastic! With the exception of the waiters, maids and Gabriella from the reception, everything is for a 3-star hotel. Bad alcohol, incorrect receptionists. Fitness very bad! Uncomfortable small beds. The air conditioner in the room did not work. I asked them to fix it three times, but they never did. At check-in, they kept me at the front desk for 4 hours to convince me that I had to pay more money. I was denied the reservation made in booking and I was kicked out of the hotel. I was forced to make a second reservation at 2 am and then there was simply nowhere to go and I was accommodated. Good thing I stayed for 4 days only.

3rd time in Labranda
This is our 3rd time we stayed at Labranda. It is quite and had wide beach area so place for every one like a private beach 🏖 area. Food is tasty, rooms are quite as they are located away from main amenities. As the beach is next to DIM river, so the sea water is a bit cold and refreshing.

Amazing experience
Our experience with the hotel Labranda was amazing! We have stayed there with our twin girls and they loved it too, especially they loved Bergen from the the animation team. I personally felt very much welcomed by the ladies from the welcoming team: Elena and Natalya. I really loved my morning exercises and aqua aerobics with Enes, he is super kind, nice and welcoming and inspired me to carry on with my fitness after the holidays too. The spa was nice and the managers are quite polite and welcoming too, thanks to Khurshida, and lovely masseuse Nana. All the team quite fluent in three languages: English, German and Russian wich is amazing! Thank you very much Labranda Alantur! We will be coming back again. 🙏 ☀️ ♥️

Amazing hotel and experience
10 out of 10 for this hotel. I stayed there during the Pandemic in Sept 20 with my husband and two kids and I have to say the whole experience was amazing. The kids really enjoyed their stay there. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful especially. I have to mention Tulgahan in reception who solved my query within 1 minute and also (Besem?) who is the lady who works in the children's play area and does the kids disco. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would be staying there for sure next time I go to Alanya. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools with two kids pool, one of them has a shade which was ideal for my lil one. The beach was literally behind our room, we could hear the waves. The hotel has really taken in consideration health and safety, in the restaurants and outside masks and sanitizers were available every where. Thank you to all the staffs and Labranda Alantur.

I hate to give Labranda anything less than 5 stars, as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but there were a couple of things that took it down from a perfect score. Positives: location and beach were stunning, systems were all in place for towels, beach, pool and food that worked well, food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, room was quiet, I was left alone unless I was seeing engagement. Things to improve: Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not adequate. It is almost impossible to book the hotel shuttle - before I left I tried calling for three days, emailing, messaging on here and Trip Advisor before I finally got hold of someone through Facebook. On the way home, I went to guest services four times, but they have limited hours and aren't even always available during those hours. They were very helpful when I finally got hold of them, but it shouldn't be so hard! I basically spent the whole morning on my second to last day trying to sort it out, when it should have been able to be done in 5 minutes. Overall though,I had a delightful stay and was very happy.

Hotel is not even one star
The hotel location and entertainment facilities were very good but living conditions were pathetic . 36 to 38 centigrade and AC was like a slow fan and that even was for limited hours during day and night. Hotel staff were rude and also didn't knew a single word of English . The room service was never done on phone and you had to physically go half a km to reception what you need .you put a label at 10 am for room cleaning and room cleaning was done around 3 to 4 o clock. Rooms that's on website are totally different what we got. Rooms conditions were like a 3rd grade hotel. Even the beach is private with hotel but its very deep and you have to go to other side of town to clepotra beach to enjoy. Won't recommend to any friend or traveller. Lot of good options for stay in alanya .

You should never go there! Unsafe place! They are ignorant!
Next to hotel property there is river with very cold water, so even when 2 miles away water will be +28C (+82F) at hotel beach water will be +17C (+60F). Also because the cold river there is strong current which could take you to the sea. And there is good chance to die in the cold sea, during our stay one man dies for that reason. But administration doesn't care. They don't have life guard on duty with constant presence!!! Second, this is not 5 star hotel, NO WAY! I would give 3 star max. Third, AC is working only certain hours!!! And they don't care how hot is outside and after midnight you will never get the air con! Stuff speaks only German and Russian. Most of stuff is quite rude. Smokers are everywhere! This is paradise for smokers, there is no place to hide in the restaurant from smokers. Disco is loudly sounds till 1.30 am. They advertise some free services which they never provide free! Like free hamam (Turkish bath), water sports. Drinks are terrible or they want your money for imported alcohol. I was trying to check out earlier but they refused to refund the money for any reason! If you paid once you will never get you money back! So welcome to nightmare!

A fair hotel on he beach.
The biggest problem is that the Air conditioning is "at the discretion of the management" Which means it is only on from 12.00 lunch time until 01.00 at night. Check the small print when you sign up for this hotel. As it can be quite distressing at 03.00 when you can not cool the room down. This is not mentioned in the adverts.

Overall great Stay
Hotel staff are good but not super attentive. Great family hotel Mostly German, Russian and or couse Turkish speakers but most knew some english. Great for the activities. The onsite bars close at 1:00 AM strictly and many people like to go longer when on vacation. There is an on site disco that used to be a sauna and looks like it. No one ever went that im aware of because of its size and no bar inside. The scenery he is absolutely amazing. The beds are very hard and short but if you drink enough beer, they are very comfortable. It is all inclusive and that includes beer and alcohol. Overall I was very happy with my stay...

4th time in Labranda, but most likely last time.
We. were 4th time in Labranda Alantur Alanya. It was always a pleasure to come here. Bellboy (Hasan) was very helpful, staff is very friendly. Hotel has a very wide beach, so place for everyone. However, rooms are falling apart, no professional repair. While the chef cook has left, food was tasteless, steak was like chewing rubber.
