Nice hotel with awesome grounds

Nice trip with my wife. We stayed here for 5 nights in the end of our 2,5 weeks holiday. Hotel grounds are awesome as are most of the staff, Food is good and plentiful. If I have to find some negatives then it would be that sometimes in the main restaurant many of the aircons were not on. And the hotel has a central aircon and it felt that for some reason during the nights it had a hard time keeping the room cool.

the hotel is amazing, the staff is very good and hospitable. There is a wide range of food products to choose from, the only issue I encountered was the high waves at the beach, if you are good swimmer shouldnt be a problem. the room had a good view and the sound of waves at night was just amazing.

I will start my review on a positive note. The staff were lovely. Beach bar ok. The buildings, communal areas and roomd in desperate need of renovation. The restaurant looked like a school canteen and lobby lounge was tiny. The decor was tired and the furniture was shabby. Plus not big enough to accommodate the amount of people even if the hotel was at half capacity. Big shout out to the young lady on the reservation desk. She was very nice and helpful. I don't usually leave a negative review. However, I booked this hotel on the back of the positive reviews and rating.

4th time in Labranda, but most likely last time.

We. were 4th time in Labranda Alantur Alanya. It was always a pleasure to come here. Bellboy (Hasan) was very helpful, staff is very friendly. Hotel has a very wide beach, so place for everyone. However, rooms are falling apart, no professional repair. While the chef cook has left, food was tasteless, steak was like chewing rubber.

Property is well maintained, excellent staff, great opportunities to walk and 3 different pool options. Food options could be improved. Alcoholic beverage options were not at a level you would expect from an All-Inclusive hotel. There are so many other things with extra fees (like ice cream). Package options could be improved so the guests will make an informed decision when they are booking.

I cannot say that this is a 5* resort. It was kept clean, but as most of the all-inclusive places the food was repetitive. We requested a room with 2 single beds, got a confirmation that it will be that way, but obviously it wasn't. There were 2 single beds pushed together, and yes, we separated them, but the first 2 nights we didn't have the bedsheet on one of them. Overall, good experience, handy to have more than one pool, and the private beach was great.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is built for the hot weather, as the restaurant is open air. We had a windy day and it was quite cold eating in the open air. That was the only negative. It didn’t stop us from having a really pleasant stay. The staff were all so friendly

The hotel is alright, definitely not a five-star hotel though. The staff and animators are nice and helpful. The food is okay, good variety, but can’t say anything tasted amazing. The restaurant is outdoor seating only so can get quite cold. The buildings are pretty old, no room-specific heating, only central, and we were cold throughout the stay. At the beginning of our stay, we got stuck in an elevator and we’re urged by the staff to jump out of the stuck elevator between floors (which I think can be a bit dangerous). The staff were nice and apologetic about the incident and offered us a room on a lower floor so we don’t have to use the elevators again. Overall, an okay experience.

The trouble begin with getting there. The Google Maps shows the address about 1 km further than the actual drive-in. We spent 30 min to look around for the correct entrance. The security at the gate was not letting us in for 20 min, asking whether I have reservation. Many times I said (in English and Turkish) that I have it. They would keep looking in their papers and not find it. You know why? Because there was no light! It's really not good idea to read in the dark! I was so disappointed because we were so tired already. I asked them to call someone who speaks English. They called to the reception, I had to yell them to let us in. The staff who took us to the room by the gold cart said that the fitness will be open at 7 am. That's how I planned. But it was not open neither at 7 or 7.15 am. I walked to the reception and they said I was deceived by that other guy last night and they open the fitness upon the request to open. Well, they did open it then and inside was very dirty- empty plastc bottles and dirty towels etc. Then after breakfast they had trouble to find the key for my car which they went ahead and parked last night. But the new shift said they don't provide such service! Anyway, after about 10 minutes the key was found and the car was brought to me. I would recommend the hotel owners to pay attention to the staff training- English and also the rest of rules and responsibilities.
