Ideally located in the Cap d'Antibes, in a quiet, green and sunny environment. 2 steps from the beaches (less than 10 min walk from the beaches of Salis and Ponteil), seaside restaurants, local shops (pharmacy, bakery, grocery store), this villa completely renovated in 2021 has all the assets for a successful stay!
Only 900 meters from the center of Juan les Pins, 1 km from the old town of Antibes and 2 km from the famous Garoupe beach.

You can do everything on foot while enjoying a real haven of peace.

I live in Antibes and I am available by phone (SMS, WhatsApp, calls) and can move around in case of problems for the smooth running of your stay. I will be in front of the villa for the handing over of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions.
Check-in takes place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. If check-in is after 8pm, please contact me to arrange independent check-in.

I also offer private concierge services such as luggage services, housekeeping services or the organization of tourist activities. Feel free to contact me for more information.

Loved our Vacation

My family stayed in this wonderful home for a week. WE had the best time. There was a place for each person. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We spent most of the time outside by the pool. The location was wonderful. We would get up early and walk to the market each day and in the evening we could walk to Old Antibes or to Juan le Pins and enjoy the many amazing restaurants and night life. We will definitely be back.
