This property enjoys a good location in the upmarket development of Alta Vista. This proper house is in the Town of Calete and does not suffer from being way out of town, like so many. The townhouse itself is 3 bed, 2 bath, and 3 terrace.

This is a large and proper house - a home from home - very spacious with separate kitchen and utility (2 sinks) with dishwasher and wash machine. There is also a private sun terrace off the master bedroom.

The master bed is also served by its own en suite toilet with bath and shower. Sleeps 6 easily. The three sun terraces include a private balcony with stunning views across Calete de Fuste bay.

The tiled and secluded rear terraces catches the sun all day and includes Canarian BBQ for alfresco dinning. There is a Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) option, which is totally secluded and ideal for star gazing at night.


The lounge has a 50 inch flat screen TV with UK TV - BBC, ITV, C4, C5, Full SKY movies, SKY Sports, BT Sports, Premier Sports, Movie vault with thousands of Films and all the top releases.

Family holiday
After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk down and back up the hill in order to visit town.

Great property Great area
The property was clean and tidy very comfortable and in the perfect location. You are 5 minutes from a few bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the front with even more bars and restaurants to choose from. I recommend Mollys bar, view bar and Lins for amazing food and drinks. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday I'd definitely return.

The property has all the amenities you could want for a perfect holiday, The property is clean and the check in and check out times are perfect. Great Value House
The house was exactly as per the pictures in the description. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and of course a hot tub. It's about a 20 minute walk into Caleta from the house, down a mild slope, so obviously a slightly uphill return journey. This was fine because we are both fairly active. It is in a quiet area which was great away from the hustle of Caleta. The hot tub was clean and ready for use as soon as we arrived. A great find, and a great price.

Fuerteventura holiday bliss!
Everthing about our holiday was superb. From the initial welcome, the great facilities in the house, the good location to the hot tub! You really need a car to get about and see the beautiful island and can park right outside, but if not, it is only a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. The town, with it's excellent beach, is a bit further down the hill but it is possible to walk. Getting back is all up hill, so you could get a taxi. All in all a great holiday with excellent communication with the host. Thank you.

This was a fantastic property for our holiday, plenty of room for us (2 adults & 2 kids 17 + 13) , great views from the master bedroom and nice high ceiling meant it didnt get too hot in there. Added bonus of cracking wifi and full TV , hot tub, dishwasher etc. Its a pleasant walk downhill into town 15/20 mins however there is a supermarket and a selection of bars & restaurants halfway down the hill, the excellent Nestors is around the corner and also the little pizza place at the end of the road is one of the best in town. We wouldnt hesitate returning to this property, spotless clean, plenty of space & packed with amenities.

We have stayed in this area a lot over the past few years and it is in a great location . 15 minutes walk down hill to the beach and a good 20 minute hike back up . 3 good size bedrooms one with en-suite .Sky tv and internet were all fantastic . Communication from owners was excellent and Sue the agent in Fuerteventura. Overall great value if you use all the beds.

Brilliant location, 20 min walk down to harbour. Walk back up not too taxing but you can jump in a taxi for £3+ euros. Lovely house, everything you'd need and more. Very spacious and the garden room at the back which had large glass doors which opened right up to increase outdoor space was amazing. Lovely outside spaces, sun all day. Sue was available if needed very friendly and full of local knowledge. Yes will definately return. Thank you.

The property is as described on the site, extremely clean and comfortable. The hot tub was set up by the management company prior to arrival and the location for us was very good. Close enough to town, but quiet enough to relax in. The sun chases around the house to the various balconies/patios so you're never short. The property was small enough for the 2 of us, but would be big enough for a family - there was plenty of space. Local facilities are very good with a well sticked supermarket and some good restaurants and pubs. Iain was very approachable and all questions answered promptly. Overall a very good place for a break.

Fabulous villa in the perfect place!
A fabulous 3 bed villa on a private estate affording spectacular panoramic views of the sea from its first floor terrace. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and everything one could need is supplied. Even in temperatures of 30 degrees plus, the house remained cool and comfortable. I have been to Fuerteventura quite a few times and this villa is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in and represents good value and has given me and my family good memories to cherish! I will almost certainly be looking to stay here again.

What a gem
The house was fabulous! It really felt like home and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is situated in a lovely quiet residential area a short distance from the town but within walking distance. We loved the luxury of the hot tub which was maintained on a weekly basis ensuring it was clean. The master bedroom has a large comfy bed, ensuite bathroom and a large terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs. All communication with the owner Iain was answered promptly and courteously. Sue the property manager was really helpful and when we encountered a problem she sorted it straight out for us. We have been coming to caleta for over 10 years now and this has been our favourite accommodation by far. We will definitely be trying to book again! Perfect Holiday
Despite having to cancel three times due to Covid, Iain was very helpful and patient. We have been coming to Fue for 24 years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The value for money and cleanliness cannot be faulted. The agent Sue was extremely helpful and again patient whilst showing us how to use the TV/Hot Tub etc. Excellent instructions of how to find the property and gain access. The location of the property was perfect for us, whilst it is out of the main town it is near enough to walk to. We will hopefully be back next year maybe with a two centre in Iain's other property in Costa Calma. Than you for allowing us to share your beautiful home.

Fantastic place to stay
Had a fabulous time here. Very quiet peaceful area within reasonable walking distance of town and other amenities. Ian and Sue couldn't have been more helpful dealing with any small issues that arise. As others have said its a little tired ut having met Ian I am sure he will progress this quickly. Great place
We really enjoyed our stay at Iain’s property. It was a great location and a good price. I understand that we were the first guests staying after lockdown so I’m sure this is the reason the property was a little tired in places. There were a couple of things I would improve to make it fantastic, the downstairs beds were very squeaky which meant sleeping was a bit hard and the sofas were torn under the throws. The Inclusion of IPTV was a bonus but the internet was too slow to watch anything. I’d also suggest putting some non slip matting by the hot tub to prevent slips as I had quite a fall on the tiles. Whilst this sounds negative it did not affect our stay, the space was fantastic and the views from the main bedroom were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Christmas 2019 in the sun
We had a little hiccup on arrival but contacted Ian in UK and sorted in less than 10minutes.House itself perfect TV great kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meali cooked everyday even a full Christmas lunch with no problems.Shower downstairs water lovely and hot,jaccuzi was great used it every night, but the best place for us was the lovely back way secluded patio area sun from morning till night with very little noise perfect. Shops about 10 minute walk away most of it down hill so be prepare for a little walk back up hill, Super market stocked well but opposite is an all English shop selling just about everthing you need. We used the local pub just around the corner from the house nice and friendly with a good pizza restaurant next door more bars and night life not to far away if you need more entertainment. Would we book the house again you bet we have just tried to book it for Christmas 2020 for a month but some one has beaten us to it so looking to book it some other time.
