Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . Would never book again Also dirty and not cleaned well"Reviewed August 15, 2025Roundtrip • Manila (MNL) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)MNL - SGN • Nonstop SGN - MNL • Nonstop$1,046$427found 1 day agoper traveler - D1Mension Residences Serviced Apartment

Cau Ong Lanh5 nights3.0 star property9.8/10 - Exceptional (165 reviews)"My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception..."Reviewed September 29, 2025Roundtrip • Manila (MNL) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)MNL - SGN • Nonstop SGN - MNL • Nonstop$2,052$657found 3 hours agoper traveler - ZENITY Skyline Residences Suite

Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. Lumiere Family Village Long Khánh
Lumiere Family Village Long Khánh
"Terrible experience from start to finish. The hotel was infested with cockroaches and ants. On my first night alone, there were what looked like millions of dead ants all over my room (photo attached is only a small portion). The room looked nothing like the Expedia photos—it had stained walls and curtains, mold in the bathroom, and was poorly maintained. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the petite young man at the front desk. They charged me for “dirty” bedsheets, something I’ve never...
