The hotel has a nice concept, but staff do not provide a consistent quality of service. Some staff were excellent and others did not seem interested in helping a guest. My room was an executive suite, but it was very difficult to work in it. The wifi connection was unreliable, and the room did not have adequate light or a chair to work in. I asked staff for help in addressing these issues, but they were unable to fix them.
