We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do

This property is beautiful and peaceful. You definitely need a car to access it as it not a walkable area. With a rental car it’s great. The food was good, pool was cool but nice (pretty deep, so maybe hard with little kids). Gym was tiny (just for one person at a time) but well stocked. Overall I recommend for a peaceful, quiet getaway.

Overall, this is an average 4-star hotel that offers all the essential amenities. However, a few aspects could be improved to enhance the guest experience. One inconvenience is the absence of a hotel bar or lounge service outside of breakfast hours, which makes it hard to enjoy a coffee or a drink on-site during the day or evening. The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation, with visible mold stains near the sink and around certain areas. The shower is poorly sealed, causing significant water leakage—enough that it can reach outside the bathroom and even the room. Breakfast is generally satisfactory, with a nice selection of pastries, croissants, and cakes for those who enjoy a traditional Italian breakfast. What a fantastic little resort. We were attending my son’s wedding near Bari and we found this resort and it exceeded our wildest dreams. We just wanted a few days after the wedding to relax and chill. The resort is only 9 rooms but that was ideal, as has masses of space and there were a range of activities on offer if we wanted and there is a lovely pool with plenty of shade. Outdoor dining for every meal if required. Great breakfasts and lunch and diner. The reason I gave it 5 stars (which is unlike me) is the staff, great English, attentiveness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend if you and a peaceful, relaxing break. Grazie Mille!

I have been in hotels all over the world and the staff at this hotel was incredible. They went over and above any need one might have. Great breakfasts. Great atmosphere and food. Good entertainment also. Staff at the desk was ready to fill any need. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool on the roof. But this hotel is beautiful and well located. Highly recommend.
