Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. The resort, or at least our room lacked in the maintenance department completely. One door to the bathroom didn’t latch at all, the other stuck. There was an issue with the bathroom exhaust fan not working, constant humming. Maintenance checked it, turned off breaker and advised with fix the next day.
