The breakfast was basically the same day over day. There were warmers with beans/rice, scrambled eggs, dried-out chilaquiles, plantains, some sort of meat dish, and then fresh fruit. There was an omelet station and waffle station. There were various pastries and breads. Hotel otherwise was great - hot springs were well incorporated into the experience

Beautiful setting and comfortable room in the Vista Suites. Lots of picture taking on the property of wildlife. Very friendly staff and great personalized service.

My stay at Namu Garden & Spa in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica was absolutely exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located in Puerto Viejo, surrounded by lush tropical nature and just minutes from the vibrant town and the beautiful Caribbean beaches. It offers the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience, making it an ideal place to relax while still being close to everything that makes Puerto Viejo such a special destination. From the very beginning, the hospitality stood out. A special thank you to the reception team, Alexis and Engel, who were always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Alexis in particular greeted guests with warmth and positive energy every day, and both he and Engel were always ready to assist with anything needed, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant service was another highlight of the experience. Miguel, Anastasia, Daniel, and Jaymark provided outstanding service throughout my stay. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond to make every meal enjoyable. Their great attitudes and attention to detail made dining at the restaurant something I looked forward to every day. A big part of what makes this hotel so special is the leadership of Douglas, the manager. His dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the property, and it’s clear he has built a fantastic team that truly cares about the experience they provide.
