Second time staying here, first time with our 18 month old son. The thermal rooms were perfect for relaxing while he was napping or after he fell asleep and he had a lot of fun in the kid pool.

Very warm and personal service, amazing views, nice spacious rooms and good restaurants. Lots of activities in the hotel.

Had a great time with the family inc young kids. Lots of pool time and beautiful views of the volcano. It rained a lot, as expected, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves at all. We kept most of the activities to the AM and hung around the property in the PM.

Our stay at Gaia Hotel & Reserve was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding level of service. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness of the entire staff. You can tell that providing exceptional service is part of the culture of this hotel. Everyone made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our stay. A few people especially stood out: Chris at the front desk and concierge was fantastic—always attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Oscar was wonderful from the moment we arrived, helping with our luggage and transporting us around the property with such kindness and a great attitude. The restaurant staff was equally impressive, especially Abraham and Jack, along with the rest of the team, who were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. The property itself is beautiful, but for us, the people were the true highlight. Exceptional hospitality and a level of service that we will absolutely remember. Thank you to the entire Gaia team for making our stay in Manuel Antonio so special!

We had such a wonderful experience! The entire resort was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff was pleasant, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Everyone was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The service was excellent, especially poolside! A special shout-out to Antonio, Kevin, and Modesto for their outstanding service and hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and helped make our time at the resort even more enjoyable. Everyone was absolutely fabulous! We truly appreciated the wonderful service and would definitely recommend this resort. We can’t wait to come back!
