“Breakfast wasn’t good. Been here may times years back use to be buffet breakfast now you can’t choice anything same Menu for every one Very basic breakfast no options to choice. Air conditioning work very poor need to be updated as well. Room was ok but a little outdated no upgrades in the last 15yeas that I been visiting same run down furnitures. Staff is very friendly. There was a big inconvenience this stay there was no potable running water for an entire day. Clerk at front desk claim water……

“The room was nice. The window in the bathroom had the screen knocked out. Our room was a ways from the front. The website said hiking etc but everything was extra.”

“Pour ce court passage à Monteverde, nous avons choisi une chambre privée qui était très propre, avec une salle de bain complète et privée et un lit vraiment très confortable! L'accueil à été génial. L'ambiance est plutôt calme et axé sur de belles habitudes de vie saine. Le café/ restaurant adjacent est vraiment délicieux!! Une fois stationné, tout est accessible à pied. Notez que la ville de santa- Elena est en montagne. ”

“Honestly a great deal for the price. A-frame tents were spacious (enough for us to open up two check in bags and a carry on and still be able to walk around). Our room has a view of the forest with nothing blocking it which was so amazing because we literally woke up to birds sitting in our balcony. We were only staying for one night and since we had an early start the next morning, the staff was nice enough to let us pick some items from their breakfast buffet before they had even……

“Good property and location. Room wasn’t quiet at all. Fan was loud and couldn’t use. No air conditioning. Wind outside was knocking things around. Shower temperature was difficult to adjust. Parking was limited and obstructed by some construction stuff.”
