“Very nice place ”

“酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。”

“AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. ”

“We arrived and were immediately blown away by how beautiful the property is — we didn’t even want to leave to go eat! The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with a kitchen. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. The outdoor areas are stunning, filled with vibrant plants and flowers, and the natural spring pool and mountain views make it all even more breathtaking. We ordered breakfast delivered daily, and it was always fresh and delicious. The charm of this hotel is……
