The pictures are an mis representation of the property. The property is a house B&B and there are no amenities out side of what is at a regular 4 bedroom 2 bath house. They seemed surprised when we arrived and knocked on the door at the given address which was at a completely different house. Apparently the people running it basically have several houses in the area and they rent out their rooms. At this place, they did not have any A/C running. The place appears to be in a condition where DYI renovations are maybe planned. At least two safety concerns. The smoke detector for the room was removed and not present. Stairway balcony was removed and non existent. The restroom appeared to be the common restroom that the residents also use so all their personal hygiene and cleaning supplies were in the designated bathroom area. The worst part about the stay other than the no A/C running, the proprietors had NO bath towels or linen available for use. I ended up finding a few hand towels that we used the first day, but then went to the local Walmart to buy some bath towels to use.

WELL, TO BEGIN WITH, WE CHECKED IN AT 4 O'CLOCK AND COULD NOT GET OUR ROOM TILL 6 O'CLOCK. THAT WAS PRETTY FRUSTRATED. THE REST OF THE STAY WAS OKAY BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY HUNDRED DOLLAR DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTIALS BACK YET, AND IT'S BEEN A MONTH

Great place! Great breakfast!

We were excited to give this resort a try, but it's probably not a place we'll return to. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and definitely feels like a luxury resort you'd expect to find in Vail or Aspen. The rooms were very nice, the onsite restaurants were good, and the live music on Saturday night was a great touch. That said, there were a few disappointments. Both hot tubs were out of service for all three days of our stay. The pool is quite small, and during our visit it was packed with wedding guests using large tubes, making it difficult for other guests to enjoy. We also couldn't justify paying $79 per night for valet parking, so we parked in the public lot and walked instead. For us, though, the biggest drawback wasn't any one amenity, it was that the resort felt out of place in River Run. It brings a level of luxury that's more in line with Vail or Aspen, but it doesn't quite deliver the same overall experience those destinations are known for. At the same time, it changes the relaxed, laid-back mountain atmosphere that has always made Keystone and River Run appealing to our family. It's undoubtedly a beautiful hotel, but we personally prefer the more affordable condos and lodging options in River Run, which better capture the authentic Keystone vibe we've enjoyed over the years
