Résidence Quartier Pereire
Très agréable séjour dans cette résidence au calme et remplie de verdure. Idéalement située. La plage se situe à une dizaine de minutes à pieds.

Bon séjour sous la pluie
Location bien située, pas trop loin à pied de la plage principale et des commerces, et fonctionnelle. Du fait de la pluie quasi-permanente durant notre séjour nous n'avons pas pu profiter des deux jardins privatifs à disposition. Pas de contact en direct avec la propriétaire lors de notre arrivée mais l'un de ses proches (Rudy) s'est montré à l'écoute de nos questions et très arrangeant pour notre arrivée à Arcachon puis notre départ. Seul bémol : pas de WI FI dans la location.

sans voiture, très éloigné du centre ville appartement en contre bas de la rue, escalier dangereux sans rampe de sécurité. salle principale avec une marche peu visible au milieu une chambre dans un réduit sans aération ni fenêtre. salle de bains et WC inconfortables

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Beschreibung passt auf das Objekt. Die Lage ist optimal, in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Viertel von Arcachon. Das Apparatement ist toll gelegen, sehr schön ausgestattet und großzügig. Ungünstig war das Bett im kleineren Schlafzimmer, da die Matratze größer war als das Bettgestell, so dass man auf dem Rand sitzend kippte. Die Toilettenspülung hat kaum funktioniert und müsste repariert werden. Es gab kein WLAN und kaum Netz, ungünstig für weitere Buchungen und Planungen.

Bien placé mais sale
Petit appartement très bien placé, dans un très bon quartier, à 5min de tout (plage, parc, centre ville). Gros bémol, un ménage de printemps serait indispensable! Des tonnes de toiles d'araignées, très sale sous les lits et dans les recoins, une cuisine collante jusque dans les placards... Une connexion wifi serait aussi appréciable, au vue de la très mauvais connexion dans l’appartement. Hormis ces 2 éléments la, l’appartement est agréable.

Emplacement idéal mais la rénovation date un peu
Séjour agréable du fait de l’emplacement dans la ville d’hiver et de la proximité du centre-ville et de la mer. Stationnement aisé. Toutefois, des travaux de papier peint/peinture et le remplacement de certains appareils électroménagers sont à prévoir. Dommage qu’un grand nettoyage du logement ait dû être fait à notre arrivée…

Des extérieurs agréables. L'appartement est propre. Les points stratégiques d'Arcachon sont accessibles à pied facilement. Les modalités d'accueil sont souples. Des petits problèmes d'humidité dans les placards de la cuisine ont été signalés à la propriétaire.

Chouette petit rdc avec 2 terrasses super pour rayonner à vélo dans arcachon
Merci à Rudy pour son accueil et sa flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée et départ. Grande pièce à vivre et double terrasse hyper pratique, lit double dans la 2eme chambre un peu petit. Mis à part le frigo trop petit pour 4-5 avec 3 enfants nats, nous recommandons ce petit rdc cosy très bien placé pour la plage pereire.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, l'appartement est très sympathique même si peu équipé... le frigo serait le point noir (assez petit). Mais le cadre, est superbe, l'appartement est bien aménagé, avec deux cours /jardin qui sont très appréciables. La personne sur place a été vraiment disponible et à l'écoute ce qui est un très grand plus. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la mer, des différentes plages, des pistes cyclables et du centre ville (15 min à pied avec poussette enfant). petit point à noter, il y a deux chambres, mais l'une d'elle est vraiment destinée à des enfants (pas de fenêtres et assez petite (6m²)... En conclusion, ce furent de très sympathiques vacances, et nous reviendrons très certainement. Note: 4/5

Cadre tranquille et idéal
Vacances délicieuses dans un cadre idéal . Le logement est très bien situé et très agréable. La propriétaire n'était pas là mais disponible pour les échanges et très bon accueil réservé. Les prestations correspondaient aux attentes . Peut être une petite amélioration à apporter sur les produits de dépannage qu'il serait bien pratique de trouver en arrivant tels que sel poivre huile filtres à café à laisser à disposition et à renouveler par les locataires .. Très envie d'y revenir.
