Just one very minor issue…
Everything was nice and the property is located in a quiet area. Just one minor issue, though—for some reason, during mornings/nights (i.e., when temps fall a bit) the motorized gate would consistently get stuck opening/closing and created some inconvenience. Probably not a problem if you’re prepared for it.
