"ハラホリンにバスで行く前日に宿泊しました。ドラゴンバスターミナルまで徒歩20分ですがスーツケースを転がして行くには歩道が滑らかでないため、ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらうことにしていましたが、当日朝にマネージャーが自ら車を運転してバスターミナルまで無料で送ってくれました。ホテルからは大通りを通る必要が無いため渋滞も無く3分程度で到着しました。バスターミナルはきれいなショッピングモールの１階にあります。市中心部からだと渋滞で2時間余裕を見ておいた方が良いそうなので、ドラゴンバスターミナル利用するならこのホテル利用が最適と思います。遮光カーテンもあり部屋も広く清潔で静か、英語を話すマネージャーがとても親切です。"

"部屋にエアコンが付いておらず、暑いと言ったら扇風機を持ってきてくれた。 3日泊まったが、ボディソープやトイレットペーパーなどは無くなったので新しいのがほしいと言わないと補充されていなかった。 ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらって、クレジットカードOKか？と聞いた時にはOKと言われていたにもかかわらず乗ってみるとモンゴル語しか通じず、カードも使えず非常に困った。 スタッフは日本語が話せる方もおり、空港までの送迎も早朝にもかかわらずしていただいたのでそこはとても感謝している。"

"The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again. "

"Location is great, traffic makes it a bit noisy for street facing rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast offered a very nice variety and the airport rides were always prompt. I would stay there again. Also, air conditioning was so great after hot Ulanbaatar days."
