“The only thing I can complain about the coffee in room and at breakfast was horrible They gave us a discount when they found out my husband was having surgery which was really nice”

“It’s under construction, so it is somewhat chaotic. No shampoo or conditioner provided, only shower gel. Staff are nice and helpful.”

“The carpeting in rooms and halls was stained. Rust on shower door and good luck getting the water to turn on. You needed to be Iron Man. Lamps didnt work. No one answers the phone. Just not good”

“Rented for a week. Didn’t get no room service so our room stayed with the same sheets had to get our own trash bags and only gave us 2 extra towels the whole stay. There was roaches, a bad lingering smell in the rooms didn’t matter if it was smoking or non smoking rooms. You can smell everything going on in that hotel.”

“Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.”
