Clean rooms, clean facilities, a lot of parking and very close to malls and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Only thing we didnt like was the pool was not heated, everyone who went inside the pool area left immediately because the water was freezing, overall, the experience was good, breakfast was good. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Greeted upon arrival by very friendly staff. Great start! Room was fine but the bathtub did not look super clean. There were a few hairs in there. Bed was good and made up well. Hallways did not smell great . Maybe a bad scented cleaner . My daughter thought it smelled like olives. Breakfast was adequate. We stayed there a number of years ago and thought it was great. It seems that it has gone a bit downhill since then.

Our room was clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was free and there were many spots available. The breakfast has a lot of options but the eggs tasted very “pre-packaged” and a bit like overdone hard boiled eggs. The hot tub was out of order and while the pool area was nice the water was ice cold. Not sure they are able to adjust this at all-but it made swimming less enjoyable, especially for our young daughter.

Front desk during the day was very helpful..when I arrived at nite, the male clerk did NOt greet me and just gave me the key which was only active for one nite..breakfast was the same every day..fried eggs and some sweet sausage..maybe change it for the weekend..hotel is in a very nice walkable location with a grocery store across the parking lot..bus stops in the corner..not too far from airport either..
