Got a room without either because the room we paid for was not available until the last day of our 4 day stay! Have requested refund of cost difference between the two rooms, but haven"t received anything yet. Breakfast was pretty bad and service was slow (nearly 30 min to get a cup of coffee the first day!). "First of all the location of the property is good, close to the beach but when we reserve the apartment we paid for a 1 bedroom 2 baths and balcony, they put us in a horrible 1 bedroom with no balcony really old kitchen and a bizarre dark energy, after couple of hours when I checked the receipt to be sure what had we paid for the management switch us to the right apartment we had reserve, so the experience was okay but I don’t think we will go back there."
"Once at our arrival, Jose greeted us with a broad smile. Very attentive and friendly. He took his time to explain every aspect of the hotel and was very helpful when we needed help for directions.
