"Rooms were very clean and property is close to many amenities, public transportation and the airport. Had a situation where I had 2 different bookings and the staff, specifically Damián C., went above and beyond to get it sorted and ready for us. Damián even gave us tips of places we should visit and recommended us places to eat. He really provided outstanding service!! We looked forward to seeing him every evening after a long day just to chat about our day. I would stay at this hotel again."

"- polite front desk staff - relatively clean room, bedding, etc. - while it's not located in the main city center area, the hotel is close to a metro station, making it easy to reach the city center - relatively easy to get here via bus from the airport - perfectly fine place to stay, good place, for when travelling/exploring Lisbon"

"It was a wonderful experience. The bed and pillows were great. If you don’t want to go outside for the light show, get a room on the inner court. First night, we watched it from our room because I was too jet lagged, but the second night I went outside to watch. The front desk was wonderful and gave me all the tips and tricks to Lisbon. Well worth staying here! "

"It was a great hotel in a good location. Plenty of places to eat nearby and close enough to the city centre. Hotel has all you need, a pool, restaurant and late night bar. Plenty of different areas to relax both indoor and outdoors. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. "
