Exceeded my expectations!
What a wonderful place to stay. The house is bright and roomy and the patio is the icing on the cake. Great location for everything and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly! Hosts are easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect in every way
The place is very clean. Kelly is outstanding to work with. We had a few minor issues that were resolved very quickly. She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The neighborhood is wonderful quiet. The village is within walking and biking distance, and so are the beaches. The house was perfect for the two of us for four months.

Being our first time to the Central Coast, this is a beautiful area with a lot of things to do... wine tasting, beaches, hiking, ... and great weather. We had a pleasant experience while staying at this property, it was a short drive to downtown Arroyo Grande. The 1-bedroom was very comfortable/appealing; it had a nice kitchen, a washer/dryer (both are a must if staying somewhere several days), and a decent-sized bathroom with a walk in shower. The host, Kelly, told us they had recently renovated the bathroom. Kelly was a great host, she was very friendly and responsive; we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary and she recommended several things to do including the melodrama, a local theater with live shows, super fun. Great overall experience, thank you!

Excellent home away from home.
I was very impressed with this home and it’s location, and especially how clean and comfortable it was with a great outdoor patio for relaxing after a busy day. Very attractive and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Arroyo Grande, lovely, quaint village atmosphere, and also close to beaches. Kelly is a great host and left lots of information in home about where to eat, what to do, and was available for any questions we had. While our stay was short, we could easily have stayed longer since the home is equipped with all the appliances one would need for long term. Definitely on my agenda for a return stay since central coast is a great place to visit, and this home is close to everything.

The Perfect Place
The perfect place! We didn’t think it is existed, but it does!! Kelly’s place is immaculate and so well put together. She has thought of every detail. We didn’t want for anything. It is close to everything, but is in a quiet area. We could walk to a lot of spots near by, including a movie theater! The bed is super comfy so we slept like babies. Kelly’s is an excellent host. If you get the chance to stay here, do it!!!

Convenient location
I stayed for a month at this roomy 1-bedroom apartment. Cute private outdoor patio. Close to all my needs & a short drive to the beach. Kelly answers inquiries fast. I would’ve given 5 stars for everything if the shower had been better quality, however, it’s going to be remodeled to bigger & better. Also, the guy in the front house parks his cars next to the bedroom, which was sometimes inconvenient, although he is a very friendly person & nice guy. Overall, a comfortable place with nice appliances.

Good Spot Geographic wise to beaches and San Louis Obispo
Nice little place for myself and my jack Russell. Fairly Close to beach and not far from grocery store and freeway. Good in between location ( Paso Robles North and Solvang South)

Cozy cottage
Kelly is a thoughtful and generous host. The cottage is small, but has a nice layout. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of workspace. The only criticism is that the furniture is adequate but tired.
