We stayed for 1 week and it was fantastic. Clean room, great staff, especially Christina. She was wonderful and a credit to the hotel.
The location in Glyfada is fantastic and you are minutes away from the beach, lovely shops and delicious restaurants. All the staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that.

The staff at the front desk and roof top bar were so friendly and welcoming. We arrived early after 15 hours of flying, they helped store luggage and worked to clean our room right away to check-in early. Great suggestions for meals and explore. Started our trip off amazing.
