“Great villa in a remote location.Very clean, very quiet.Beautiful pool. Cold in Octobre, 18degC max.Alberto is very responsive and welcomed us with lots of good info.15 minutes by car from Smeralda coast with beautiful beaches.5 minutes by car from San Pantaleo, nice village with a few restaurants. Village is a bit fashionable.30 minutes by car from Capo d'Orso.20 minutes by car from a very nice hike, Monte Zippy, a little bit challenging but with fantastic views.”

“The property was absolutely stunning. I will dream about the view for the rest of my life. Location was perfect. Quiet but close to all the best beaches and restaurants in the area. “Maison de vacances parfaite. On s’y sent bien tout de suite. Quand on est sur la terrasse, on a du mal à quitter les lieux. La vue est magnifique à toute heure de la journée. Maison bien équipée, il manquait juste une grande table pour profiter des dîners dehors mais on s’est organisé pour faire les repas sur l’immense table basse. A l’écart de la foule, au calme. Avec des plages au calme à juste 3 km. Idéal pour la natation du matin. ”

“Very kind owner and agency. Quick in responding. We were early and because the house was ready we could already check in. So kind. The hous is clean and nice. The views are amazing. And there is a lovely place to sit outside. I highly recommend this house.”

Was almost left without a villa, fortunately we knew locals who were able to threaten the host police action so eventually got a new house after losing a day and an insane amount of stress / back and forth.
