Desk clerk not friendly at all. Didn’t want to answer questions. Room coffee the worst. Breakfast not bad except for the coffee - horrible. I think all the hotels should go to the Keurig machines - then visitors could bring their own kcups.

I had another booking but changed 24 hours prior to arrival due to reviews. I am so glad I did! This was the most relaxed atmosphere I have experienced traveling. Front desk clerk was amazing and helpful. The building was clean, continental breakfast was pleasing, pool was clean and parking was a breeze! I will definitely be booking here again. It was 3 females alone and we felt 100 percent safe! To be a smaller place in the less expensive side this was a gem!

The staff was friendly and efficient. On a very busy corner traffic-wise. No shopping or dining is walkable
But facility was very clean and inside the traffic noise was minimal.
Clean and comfortable room, beds and pillows. Easy access from airport, close to Biltmore and easy transit back and forth. Breakfast was basic with a large area for dining.

I hated the parking lot and the pool was dirty and foamy. But the room was clean and nice and the staff was very welcoming.

They put me in an accessible room on the first floor, the bed was terrible. The walls were paper thin. I was awake all night from the noise from the stairwell and the guests above me.

Noisy, non-relaxing stay. Room was situated under a busy stairwell with no sound dampening, across the hall from a pool - also with no sound dampening.
Has potential and looks good on the surface, but we’ll never stay there again.
