10/10 Exceptional! (6 reviews)
The property was absolutely beautiful and very spacious for our family of four. The hot bath was a treat, especially since I have a lot of tattoos and don't want to offend locals in an onsen. (I know there are tattoo-friendly onsens, but I couldn't find any in the area we were staying.) The breakfast was a delicious spread of vegan cuisine. The washer/dryer was essential for our visit. Five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Words can’t explain how beautiful this hotel is and in the perfect location! The hotel is absolutely amazing and the views are unmatched. I’ve stayed at many great hotels but nothing compares to this one! Breakfast is fantastic and staff is so incredibly kind! Worth staying here when you come to Kyoto!!! Amazing!!!

8.6/10 Excellent! (337 reviews)
"This was a good location for families wishing to spend time at Lake Biwa. The room has an excellent view over the lake. Travelling by taxi to / from the hotel to reach destinations around the lake is a challenge, as taxis take quite a long time to reach the hotel because of its remote location. I ..."
