I liked the Nespresso machine and water bottle in room. Also a few drinks in the fridge which were included (although I don’t drink - but I enjoyed the 2 bottles of water, the Coke Zero and snickers. Not sure if they’ll bring more when they’re done I didn’t ask). Room was cleaned everyday. They forgot tissues and washcloths but brought them up when I asked. Downstairs front desk staff were attentive. Room was a good size with high ceilings. Bed was comfortable. Shower can use something a ledge or something to put things on while in the shower (bar soap, shaving cream etc). AC seemed to stop working at a certain point but they fixed it by the time I got back to the room. Really close to everything but hotel and room were quiet. Would definitely recommend and would go back to Lisbon again!

Unbeatable location. The accommodation is clean and quiet, with worries free hot water for shower and a large living room. The price is reasonable. There is no need to worry about heavy luggage because the road outside this hotel is flat and it has an elevator inside. Next time I come to Lisbon, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

"An amazing ,huge hotel in wonderful Elvas with free parking . Although it is inside the medieval town walls, it is very easy to find. The rooms are basic but very comfortable. There is a large room where you can sit and relax and a natter. The restaurant had a limited menu, but we were grateful for ..."
