Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island Hotel"The staff great, the room cleaned everyday, and supplies were there always. Thank you"
"Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave."
"very good, near all services"
