“Easy check in. Clean hotel and room. Quiet facility and close to mall and restaurants. We called for an extra blanket and staff delivered quickly.”

“There were little beads on the floor in the room. The bed sheets were too large for the bed. The refridgerator had food that dated 8 days from cold cuts that was left in it. The staff was friendly and top notch. I generally leave a tip for the room cleaner but decided they didn't do anything to deserve one.”

“It's unfortunate, because this location has the potential to be much better than it is. Honestly, my biggest complaint was just the cleanliness. The sheets on my bed head shoe prints on them. I told the person at the front desk and the manager personally came in and changed them for me. Whenever possible, I book a room with laminate flooring, because I find carpet in hotel rooms disgusting. I bring my own Swiffer mop with me and I used all four wet pads that I had with me on this floor. It was……

“The property is in a good area. Centrally located minutes away from Ohio, Kentucky and in West Virginia. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the television in our room did not work at all and we asked two separate times to have it looked at/fixed but it never was. I would probably stay here again if in the area. A great bonus was The Hillbilly Hot Dog diner was close to the hotel and definitely worth the visit. Get the banana split!”

“The 2 ladies at the front desk were fantastic. One glaring problem was the breakfast on Sunday 07/19/2026. The gentleman servicing the buffet was rude, unresponsive and generally terrible. When we arrived, there was no sausage, no eggs and the other container was empty, don't know what was in it. When I inquired as to why he was standing, with his hands in his pockets, while all this was empty, I got "Is's heating up." In the meantime, no yogurt and no milk. Tried to get cereal but the ONE kind……
