Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom 1 bathroom house. This house is PERFECT for anything and everything UGA and Athens! Only a mile and half from Sanford Stadium and Downtown where you’ll find the Classic Center, shops, restaurants, and clubs.
The owners are experienced travelers (business and leisure) and know that staying in a place that feels like home is one of the best luxuries in life. Every attention to detail has gone into the remodel of this house. You can walk in and it will be as if you are in your own home, with everything you need, feeling cozy, and wishing your stay was longer. Sleeps 6. Three queen size beds and a huge fenced in back yard complete with fire pit, and perfect for a small pet to travel with you (30lbs or less please). Large driveway for parking multiple cars. Large 50' TV in the den and master bedroom. We look forward to being your host while you enjoy our beautiful and exciting town of Athens GA!

Perfect for Graduation Weekend
This charming house was perfect for our family who came to Athens for our daughter's UGA graduation. It was close to everything downtown and on campus, and it was a clean and cozy place to hang out!

Proximity to downtown is excellent (little over a mile). House is cute and is in what I'd call a "transitional neighborhood." Never once did we feel unsafe, but we did have the occasional panhandler. TV in front room did not work for live TV; probably user error (owner did try to help us promptly via text message).

House was perfect for us and another couple in town for our daughters Sorority Family weekend. Plenty of parking, easy to get in/out of the house, close to our daughters and lovely house with a big yard that would be great to use and sit by the firepit if it wasn't raining!

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood
The house is updated and very clean. It has a huge back yard with a great fire pit to relax by (even though we did not have a chance to use it). The neighborhood seems to be a very quiet area just minutes to downtown Athens and UGA. It is perfect for a quick get away.

Great House - Better Yard
House was great and centrally located. The yard was amazing - big and fenced in - our dog loved it! While we didn't get a chance to use the firepit, I definitely would have liked to as it seemed like a great place to hang out. The property manager was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to questions.
