Our reservation was for one king bed, and we had call the property twice to request a ground floor room. When we arrived, we were were given a key for an upstairs room with two double beds. Upon complaining about that, not meeting our reservation, we were given a room downstairs with two double beds, and informed no rooms with king Beds were available.

The property is older, however, they have done a great job of refurbishing and renovating to the best of their ability. For the price, I couldn't have expected more. Staff is great, room was clean. I traveled alone and did not feel unsafe.

This property needs a serious overhaul. Rooms very dingy and musty. Access directly to outside is very unsafe. $230 for a room I wouldn’t normally pay $50 for is ridiculous. We were stuck needing a place to stay the night, but if it happened again I would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. There was an issue with the hot water. The first night, we had very little hot water. We thought it was very busy. The second night, was an issue and the hotel wasn’t busy. We told the front desk and the hot water issue was fixed the last night we were there. It was very safe. Lots of lights outside as well as cameras.

Rude staff at evening check in. Excellent and courteous day shift. The property is old, and needs maintenance. Uncomfortable bed, rusty lamp in the room. TV with faded led screen. The room had a very noisy heater. No sound proofing at all between rooms.

The listing said interior cooridors on top floor. Not true. All exterior. No bag for ice bucket. TV impossible to find desired station--guide wrong,, labels wrong.... Very small room and tiny bathroom. Rooms a bit beat up. When we arrived, heat was on 85 degrees. Located on noisy road. Staff was nice.

The room was clean but our coffee machine was broken. Also a drawer in the room was broken. It would not close. The Gym did not have a bathroom available either. Also for the Breakfast there was only small coffee cups available. Please provide a regular size cup.

Very run down. Neighbors were so loud. You could hear everything upstairs and beside you. It was miserable. It was a clean room though and it smelled nice. The staff is friendly.

With a broken toilet seat and broken dresser drawers my first impressions were less than expected. The room had an odor that was only made worse by turning on the heat. Breakfast was acceptable but not a big selection. Overall even though it was a budget lodging I felt it was below even the price we paid

I mean, it gets the job done. Nothing fancy, but very overpriced. It was clean and ok for one night. The morning staff was rude and breakfast is whatever you can heat in a microwave so why bother. And if the hotel is full there isn't enough parking.

While the hotel room was clean the area surrounding was sketchy. My daughter was not comfortable with the doors on the outside the people who were just walking in the parking lot. The door of the lobby was locked when we checked in which makes me feel like the nice lady at the desk didnt feel safe either.

Door had a huge gap and the noise from traffic was terrible also breakfast has a lot to lack for ! Need to upgrade rooms ! Drawers in the chest stayed open never would stay closed ! Ice machine broke ! That did supply toiletries we forgot ! Really hot and noisy !

First let me say that I stay in hotels 2-3 times a week for work purposes. The degree of rudeness I received from the night time associate was unacceptable and unprofessional. She told me she didn’t care about my stay there and was generally not hospitable, and did not care about my needs as a guest. Due to this I will never be staying at this hotel again. You have lost a valuable customer. Maybe one day when she learns some manners other people won’t have to deal with the same experiences I had.
