There were plenty of hang out spots on the property from the deck, gazebo, patio, etc. the beds were super comfortable and loved the soft sheets and towels. The home is centrally located and conveniently located to all things west midtown and downtown. Loved the guidebook full of suggestions as well! Lucky for us the weather in Atlanta was beautiful for us to spend lots of time outside in the wonderful outdoor space with a gated fence. This property had everything we needed and more including the smart appliances! I was caught by surprise because it looks even better than the pictures listed. Host was easy to contact and swift to answer. We honestly had no problems during our stay. The house is roomy with many nooks and crannies inside and out. We loved the outdoor space. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful property. Plenty of space inside and out. The backyard space is amazing. Beds were super comfy. The house was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The host was great. Check in was very easy. I give this place a 10/10\. Very nice home away from home. Off street parking is fantastic, your cars are out of sight, out of mind. The living space is very nice to hang out in and there’s plenty of room to sleep 10-12 people. If you were staying for an extended time, there’s plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable including a wine fridge, computer station, and plenty of extra kitchen appliances. The neighborhood isn’t the best. It seems to be up and coming, but Bankhead has a long ways to go before it would feel like a Candler Park area. It’s a manageable 10 minute walk to the Marta, but our group found ourselves looking over our shoulders a lot at night. ##### Carl S. The pictures don’t give this property justice! It’s larger than you’d expect with a beautiful backyard and a long driveway to go with it! I wish the Sun was out more during our stay, as we would have used the grass wall in more of our photos! Every room had fresh sheets and additional pillows & blankets. Every bathroom came fully stocked with towels & wash cloths. The property owner Sean was always quick to respond and only a text message away! The property is on the Westside of ATL but the neighborhood is definitely on the quite side. We felt secure as the Ring camera would signal when any door was open (front or back door) & you can lock the gate to secure your vehicles inside the property. Overall I give the property & experience a 10/10! There are cool up to date appliances that I assure you will enjoy (but I won’t spoil it for you)!
