Chambre basique mais confortable, autoroute a côté donc assez bruyant tout comme la clim. Réservation faite pour 3 personnes avec le petit déjeuné compris et surprise a notre arrivée on nous demande un supplément pour le petit déjeuné enfant qui n'est pas compris finalement, appel a Accor hôtel qui rejette la faute a hotel.com qui renvoi la balle a l'hôtel bref lamentable en passant par Accor je n'ai jamais de soucis la dessus, je ne recommande cette plateforme pour réserver car elle ne connait pas les modalités finale et nous donne comme excuse qu'ils ont qu'une tierce dans la réservation

Bon rapport qualité/prix . Personnel assez agréable, petit bémol pour le veilleur de nuit qu'il a fallu supplier pour qu'il ouvre le portail. Il me dit : le clavier de droite, pas celui du milieu ! - oui, j'ai essayé 3 fois. Je dois amener mon fils à la gare dans 10 minutes. Il répond: et si je me déplace et que ça l'ouvre !! Je suis médusée !! Il s'est tout de même "déplacé", Non sans remarques de ma part sur le fait qu'il était payé pour gérer ce genre de choses. Bref... Le bon boîtier était celui de GAUCHE sur le portillon et éteint, et non celui de droite sur le portail et lumineux !!! Quel professionnalisme !!

Chambre familiale avec lit simple en hauteur non fait à l’arrivée !!! Climatiseur qui se déclenche toutes les heures bruyant, odeurs de nourriture qui proviennent des restaurants alentours, sanitaires super propres et douche très agréable (nettoyant visage cheveux corps à disposition pour tout type de peau agréable), télévision dans la chambre, literie très ferme avec oreillers trop mous , serviettes de toilettes propres et agréables
