The property is a short walking distance to many amenities such as the luxury Gleneagles Hotel, 3 championship golf courses, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, fishing and hill walking. It is also a short drive into the town of Auchterarder which offers a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is an ideal location for exploring Perth and Kinross, Stirlingshire or further north. Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay.
