    The George Hotel

    "Fine, but not amazing"
There's nothing very wrong with The George, but this definitely isn't a five star hotel. The rooms are fine, but nothing to write home about, likewise the service was ok but nothing special. I left feeling a bit ripped off, the hotel hadn't done much to justify it's hefty price tag. All that said, the breakfast was excellent.

    "Nice hotel great location"
Great location next to the main station, very helpful staff, plenty of hot water, breakfast was good. Only down side was that the room was very tight for twin beds. You couldn't sit on the chair at the desk as the end of the bed is in the way.

    citizenM Hotel Glasgow

    "Clean, small rooms "
Hotel very modern, clean, room small. Good location, very close to train and bus stations, close to shopping mall and eateries. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast pricey but worth it and very good. No control over temperature in room. Beware of shower and toilet pod, which has frosted surface all around. This provides no privacy when doing bathroom business- can hear everything, see through frosted walls.
