Love this property - I even extended my stay while I was there. Just a heads up- they don’t do housekeeping daily. But they are more than happy to give you a mop and broom to do it yourself

Worst hotel stay
The general manager, the shift manager, and the fake security guard was very nasty and rude. They harassed us the whole day the fake security guard was looking into our window and on our conversation by putting his ear to the wall I got pictures and video recorded him doing that I complained the whole time while I was there and said it was OK for him to do us like that. They came up with rules that we can go outside I think, or make noise room no no at 11 or outside to smoke cigarettes

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was outdated, room but clean , there is no iron. The hall smell very bad and the carpets extremely dirty with lot of stains. If you are on the road and looking to sleep a few hours it ok.

Worth the Price
The floors were sticky, the refrigerator looked like it had bullet holes in it and rust on the outside. There were roaches running around. Kitchen with no utensils.

Comfortable and quiet
It’s a decent place, kinda old but still comfortable. Rooms look kinda like apartments. Fridge and a small stove top for cooking. Staff are very friendly, really enjoyed my stays there.

A Home Environment
Due to commuting to Augusta for two hours for work, when I'm tired, I stay in Augusta. Extended stays are more convenient because it has all the necessary amenities. Such as a kitchen, microwave, and laundry room, especially when I decide to stay for a week. The workers are always friendly, especially the front desk worker Ms. Patricia. With their keycard entry, I feel protected and comfortable. I recommend Woodsprings to anyone looking for a place similar to a home environment.

None of the lights in our room worked, there were roaches crawling around, and I had to have 3 people share one bed because they messed up the rooms.

I purchased my room through Expedia. I showed up and told the front desk that I had a reservation. He charged me anyway. He gave me a room that already had someone else in there. When he gave me a new room it was not what I paid for, the toilet had stains and the whole bathroom was gross. There were no bed sheets. I had to hassle to get a refund through the hotel. Still working on getting my refund through Expedia.

It was a budget motel for a budget price so I didn't expect much; however, I'm not sure it was worth the budget price. Floors and carpets seemed sticky. AC was temperamental. Location is right beside busy road and freeway so a lot of external noise. Only redeeming quality is that the staff was kind and helped me retrieve an item I had left during my stay.

Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, the rest of the stay wasn’t as nice. Halls and room smelled horrible, cockroaches on the walls and floor in the room, uncomfortable beds, no ice machine or similar amenities.

Room had an odor that clung to our clean clothes even in our suitcase. Had to wash everything when we got home. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Had to go down and ask for a shower curtain.

We were disappointed to find that their policy of accepting pets only applies to dogs, miniature ponies, and exotic birds and reptiles, according to the lady at the front desk. We have 2 cats so when we arrived after a long day only to find that we couldn’t check in, it was frustrating and exhausting to find another place to stay at the last minute. At the time of booking, their policy does not specify animals that they do not accept, which apparently is only cats.

Disappointed
The pet fee is 50.00 per pet, no exceptions. I have two small dogs that don’t even weigh 20 lbs together. While I recognize this is out of Hotels.com control, just wanted to inform. The rooms look nothing like what the pictures online represent. Who knows why all of the cabinet doors on the top part of the kitchen are removed. The bedspread had a stain. The bed was so uncomfortable, I had to take it off the metal frame and put it on the floor to sleep. Some of the rooms on the 4th floor have the hotel lights shining into them and only have blinds and no curtains to block out the light so it does not get very dark. Extremely disappointed and will not stay there ever again.

Unfortunate
The room was stripped of any amenities. No lamps in the room. It was a suite and had nothing for comfort. The beds were very uncomfortable. It smelled of mildew and smoke in the hallways. Very unpleasant. The staff was very sweet though.

The doors were missing from the cabinets over the stove. There as a large blackened burned spot on the countertop behind the stove. The beds were on pedestals like you would find in a military barracks. It felt more industrial than domestic. The outside of the property looks great and matches the website pics. The inside does not :(

Poor Quality of Week Stay
For an extended stay hotel this place had very poor quality furnishings and the kitchenette didn't work properly. Cabinets all had doors removed, not as if designed to be open cubicle but just removed you could see hinge dirt that remained. Never stay here again!
